Toxicology Screening

Patients will undergo randomized screening to ensure compliance. This can be done in-office or at a walk-in facility:

Office Visits

We are not affiliated with and do not bill third parties (ie. insurance companies and Medicaid/Medicare).

Our services are not reimbursable to the patient by third parties. (This includes government community plans such as medicaid).

If you have a Medicaid plan, you have the option to contact several area addiction programs where these services are covered, because unlike us, they are Medicaid providers.

We do not dispense the actual medication. However, it is readily available at most pharmacies with the prescription we write for you.

Cancellation Policy

Patients must cancel their appointments by phone or email at least an hour before their scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in discontinuation of prescribed therapy.
